The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of historic Istanbul, making it easy to access all the popular tourist spots. The rooms, although on the smaller side with no natural light, were sufficient for a short stay. The service provided by the team, especially by individuals like Sarkan, Shafi, Jawed, Faiz Mohammad, Mahmood, Deniz, Kursat, Ebrahem, and Ahmad, was exceptional and professional. The dining experience offered a good selection of meals with a lovely view of the Bosphorus, but the repetitive buffet items were slightly disappointing.

The service was excellent, with Deniz and Mustafa always ready to assist. The location couldn't have been better, close to major attractions like the Topkapi Palace and the tram station. The dining options were decent, although a bit limited. Overall, it was a pleasant stay with minor room size concerns.

On the other hand, the rooms were light and nice. However, I was unable to upgrade as nothing was available during my stay.
